JHA performed the planning, development construction document design, and land surveying services for this single-family condominium development in Hebron, Ohio. The first of its kind on Buckeye Lake, the development of this condominium community required that we design docks, garages, landscaping plans, utility extensions, and parking facilities. The existing site included the condominium building on the north side, plus the clubhouse and pool. We designed and phased the project’s construction so that use of these existing facilities was maintained.
The water access area includes a boardwalk that extends along the waterfront of the entire site. JHA performed complicated permitting and variances for the development and gained approval from ODNR for removal and relocation of the existing cell tower on the site.
