This program consists of boundary and topographic surveys of 43 radio tower sites located in 40 counties across the State of Ohio. Jobes Henderson & Associates, Inc. was responsible for locating the existing boundary or lease area, if any and writing corrective lot splits of lease areas, whichever was applicable. Most of the towers were located in remote areas and also required ingress/egress easements. All boundary lines were posted with carsonite posts for high visibility. Properties/lease areas range in size from 0.092 acres to 9.00 acres. Cost of our work: $250,000
