JHA Earns Prequalifications

Apr 21, 2009

Jobes Henderson recently received prequalification with the Ohio State Architect’s Office and The Ohio State University. Both owners sought qualified firms to be placed on prequalified consultant lists.

Jobes Henderson was successful at obtaining prequalification with OSU in:
Parking and Transportation,
Utility Infrastructure Engineering,
and Roadway and Surface Parking Improvements.

This places us on the University’s “List of Professionals” from which qualified consultants are solicited for Qualifications Based Selection (QBS).

The Ohio State Architect’s Office placed JHA on their prequalified list for:
Surveying,
Transportation Engineering,
Right-of-Way,
Water Resources,
Structural Engineering
and Inspection/Construction Management.

This prequalifies Jobes Henderson to provide these services for projects that are not advertised through the Ohio Register for the period covering July 1, 2009 – June 30, 2011.

JRS Development Design Projects Awarded to JHA

Jobes Henderson is currently the civil engineer and land surveying consultant for 2 of Ohio’s largest Job Ready Sites Grant funded projects. The JRS Program, from the Ohio Department of Development, increases the State of Ohio’s available facility locations served by utility and transportation infrastructure.
