Our Process
Jobes Henderson and Associates, Inc. has an established method of quality control that involves much more than checking drawings and reviewing specifications. We believe quality assurance begins at project conception and continues through to project completion.

We do your project right the first time, every time.

Align the team
Each individual we assign to your project brings specific skills to meet your unique needs, our leadership team takes an active role in managing your project, and our support staff provides continuity and confidence in a job done right. We encourage

  • Personal communication between you and our project principal
  • Responsibility by every employee of our team for maintaining quality control throughout the entire project
  • Each team member to report to the project principal on a regular basis


Conduct regular reviews
Our review process is present throughout the various stages of design, enabling the project team and technicians to comment, correct, refine, and filter out any potential problems. We schedule

  • Regular quality control meetings with the project team and the client
  • This eliminates the opportunity for costly changes and adjustments during construction or post-design


Utilize the appropriate software and technology
We understand the value of incorporating current technology into the consulting engineer’s management of a project. We make every effort, though, to balance technology-based development with close and personal attention to you and your budget.

And always, always, communicate
We value personal correspondence with clients over any other form of communication. Of course, project schedules and deadlines do not always permit this form of contact. Therefore, we maintain our connection with you through

  • Frequent personal contact with our project principal and/or project manager
  • Up-to-date communication software and technologies
  • Our office network, through the use of e-mail

Green Design We’ve taken steps to prove our commitment to green design by building in our own backyard. In 1996, we saved a 1912 elementary school building from condemnation and made it our corporate headquarters. By restoring and renovating the building, we’ve brought new vitality to a previously deteriorating neighborhood.
