Boundary Surveys
We have performed boundary surveys from small 1 acre surveys to large scale
projects that involved a boundary survey of approximately 27,000 acres.
Construction Staking
Our surveying department has gained a reputation of providing accurate and quality
surveys while maintaining schedules of excavators and developers. We have performed
thousands of construction staking jobs ranging for the smallest to multi-million
dollar projects.
Topographic Surveys
Jobes Henderson is highly experienced at providing topographic surveys, large and small
scale. Our survey department has served the Ohio Department of Transportation for the
past three years providing numerous topographic surveys of culverts and bridges and
recently held a two year continuing contract with District 10 for surveying services.
GPS: Global Positioning System
As your full service engineering and land surveying firm Jobes Henderson can provide you the
latest technology in land surveying. GPS (Global Positioning System) provides the most accurate
survey control available. Jobes Henderson uses Leica system 500 GPS allowing us to perform both
static and/or real time kinematic surveys. We can utilize the method which best suits your project,
