Jeremy Van Ostran’s passion for hunting and fishing is surpassed only by his skills in client relations. As Director of Surveying, Jeremy carefully tracks his projects and keeps client needs in sight, providing timely completion and responsive service to the sometimes-untamed nature of surveying needs. Jeremy navigates the right-of-way planning process and hits the target spot-on by providing all clients with exceptional service no matter what their surveying or mapping needs. |

municipal engineer
that
has assisted the firm in just about every service area we offer,
she is an insightful working mother whose skills of balancing work and
kids have proven to be beneficial in leading our Public Works department.
Her ability to
be flexible and work where we need it when we need it makes her a
valuable
asset to JHA and our clients. While her concentration is in traffic
engineering her strengths of listening and understanding the client’s
needs, adapting to any situation and performing when it is needed most

Often appearing on the multimodal trails he frequents throughout Ohio, Ron Mattox is an avid cyclist and art enthusiast. His appreciation for beauty in nature and art is reflected in his flair for assisting in creating signature bridge designs and successfully maneuvering complex projects through the twists and turns of regulatory compliance. A prominent bridge design engineer, Ron leads our transportation department and effectively manages transportation projects through the complex development and approval processes. |
